Returns and Transaction Cancellations:
It is possible to cancel a transaction in accordance with the cancellation regulations of the Consumer Protection Law, 5771-2010
Replacements or returns of products will be made up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the products, provided that the products have not been damaged and have not been used along with a purchase invoice.
The return of the consideration will be on the date of cancellation of the transaction, to the extent possible or on the date closest to it and no later than seven business days and will be made in the manner in which payment is made. It is not possible to return products that have been installed (such as lighting products or shelves) or products that have been used How to return: This will be by returning the product to the branch or alternatively with a courier at a cost of 49 NIS depending on the shipping cost.
If the item was shipped without original packaging or in unsafe packaging, Tango Design is not responsible for any breakage/damage caused to the item upon return.
The management of Tango Design will be entitled to cancel a transaction in part or in full in the following cases:
• If there is an error in the price and/or description of the product.
• If there was a communication malfunction that prevented the site surfers from properly using the site.
• In case the product is out of stock.
• In the event of force majeure, an act of war, hostility, terrorism or anything else that will prevent the continuation of a proper sale.
